The San Diego Family Justice Center, the first center of its kind in the United States, provides help and hope to victims of family violence and their children. Every day, those impacted by family violence, child abuse, and elder abuse, find safety, protection from their abuser, legal help, counseling, food, clothing, spiritual support, medical assistance, and so many other free services from the Center's professionals and volunteers.

Fulfilling the complex and often life-threatening needs facing survivors in the community, Becky’s House domestic violence programs encompass a 24-hour crisis and information hotline, emergency shelter, transitional housing, legal support, and a full spectrum of supportive family services.
The Vi McKinney Becky’s House Shelter, a 30-day emergency shelter, offers free services to women, men, and children in need of immediate protection from their abusers in a secure, confidential facility. Becky’s House transitional housing program provides safe housing and family services, up to 12 months, for individuals and families in multiple apartment communities. In the program, clients focus on overcoming trauma, developing life skills, improving employment, increasing income, and obtaining permanent housing.
Additionally, staff attorneys and professional advocates provide low-income domestic violence survivors with free legal services on family law matters, including assistance with restraining orders, divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and limited attorney representation. Mobile legal clinics are also available in underserved communities throughout San Diego County.

Center for Community Solutions
CCS operates the only 24-Hour toll free County-wide crisis line for crisis intervention and information referrals related to domestic violence and sexual assault in San Diego. Our hotline provides person-to-person crisis counseling by trained staff and volunteers. All hotline services are free and confidential, in both English and Spanish.

Women's Resource Center (WRC) is dedicated to providing the highest quality supportive services, counseling, shelter and education to North San Diego County women, children and men involved in or threatened by domestic violence or sexual assault.
Women's Resource Center assists its clients in healing so that they can:
